Great mountain views from the room. The location was awesome, not too far from the beach. Also, it was close to the restaurant and the beach, and surrounded by nature. 🌄

the location was ideal because it was adjacent to mandrem beach, the bus stand and all infrastructure, and the restaurant. the staff were extra attentive and excellent co-operating, everything was good.

Location: the hotel was so close to beach, and the beach and market/restaurants. I loved nearby Cafe Morjim, they make nice coffee. The property was fully equipped and absolutely fantastic, I would recommend it to all.

We had a wonderful stay at a new hotel in a quiet area. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. The owner was welcoming and accommodating, even though we arrived late. We also appreciated the quick response to address any issues. we would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

The manager was always available and helpful. Good location and facilities. Neat room with upper terrace and fun games. Close to Arambol beach and eateries. High-speed wifi and room service. Polite and professional staff. Organized music night. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful and pleasant staff, especially Sonu. Tasty food.

I had a fantastic stay at Aaria Residency! The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable furniture and a nice restroom. The location was peaceful, yet close to all the amenities I needed. The highlight for me was the refreshing swimming pool.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the narrow lane leading to the hotel and the lack of a view from some balconies, these were easily overlooked compared to the overall positive experience.

Despite the narrow and hard-to-find approach road, this hotel had two great features. it's location was impeccable - just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. the food was certainly tasty, making for a fulfilling thanksgiving lunch.

The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with any information or assistance we needed.

Most balconies in the hotel didn't have a view. However, upon our request, we were able to get a room with a nice view for the second night of our stay.

Had a decent stay over thanksgiving. Got two complementary things from the management which was very nice. Location was decent with grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and the beach was just a short walk/ride. Had a nice pool with lounge chairs to relax on.

The room was a bit disappointing, the bed was not very comfortable and the sheets seemed old. Found some stains as well.
